Atherton’s Housing Element Update (HEU) includes credits from the California Department of Housing and Community Development (HCD) toward the Town’s Regional Housing Needs Allocation (RHNA). MidPen Housing: MidPen Housing is a non-profit developer, owner, and manager of affordable housing in Northern California.
HIP Housing: HIPhousing manages and operates affordable housing units and programs.
21 Element: 21 Elements is a multi-year collaboration of all twenty-one San Mateo County jurisdictions, other partner agencies, and stakeholders aimed at supporting jurisdictions in developing, adopting, and implementing local housing policies and programs.
Second Unit Resource: The Second Unit Center is a program of San Mateo County's Home for All initiative providing information and tools to make it easier for homeowners to build second units, and to help increase the housing supply in the County.
