3. REGULAR AGENDA
3a. Review SOQ’s for Civic Center Project Design - Gordon Siebert
Recommendation: That the Civic Center Advisory Committee review design teams’ SOQ’s for the Civic Center Design and select firms to be invited to participate to respond to the Request for Proposal (RFP)
3c. Review of Design RFP
Recommendation: That the CCAC review and recommend the RFP to City Council for approval and distribution.
4. Project Schedule
4a. Review Schedule
Recommendation: That the CCAC set additional Special Meetings to complete tasks 3a and 3c.
5. ADJOURN
Recommendation: Adjourn to a Regular Meeting on October 17, 2014 at 1:00 p.m.
