3a. Civic Center Conceptual Design Approval
Recommendations: Review and Discuss the Cost Estimate and if appropriate, recommend the cost estimate, and the conceptual plan upon which it was based, to the City Council with any appropriate recommendations therein.
4. ADJOURN
Recommendation: Adjourn to regular meeting on 10/5
