                                      REGULAR MEETING

This meeting is compliant with the Governors Executive Order N-25-20 issued on March 4, 2020 allowing for deviation of teleconference rules required by the Brown Act. The purpose of this is to provide the safest environment for staff and the public while allowing for public participation. The meeting will be held by tele or video conferencing. The public may participate via: Zoom Meeting or by coming to 150 Watkins (Pavilion) where a microphone, video and speaker will be available to allow for participation.

2.         PUBLIC COMMENTS (only for items, which are not on the agenda - limit of 3 minutes per person)

3.         APPROVAL OF MINUTES –  February 26, 2020 Planning Commission Meeting.


a)   Consideration of a Recommendation to the City Council on the adoption of an Initial Study/Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring Program, Conditional Use Permit and Development Agreement (Town of Atherton Stormwater Capture Facility Project)– 30 Alejandra (APN 070-250-190) – Request for consideration of a recommendation to the City Council on adoption of an Initial Study/ Mitigated Negative Declaration and Mitigation Monitoring Program, a Conditional Use Permit and a development Agreement. Atherton municipal Code Chapter 15.32, Chapter 17.07, Chapter 17.12 Conditional use Permit and Chapter 17.32.

Recommendation: Recommendation that the City Council adopt the Mitigated Negative declaration and Mitigation Monitoring and Reporting Program, and Conditional Use Permit with conditions specified in the draft certificate of approval and a Recommendation that the City Council adopt the Development Agreement.

If you challenge a Town zoning, planning, or any other decision in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this agenda, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Council at, or prior to, the public hearing.  Judicial review of any Town administrative decision may be had only if a petition is filed with the court not later than the 90th day following the date upon which the decision becomes final.  Judicial review of environmental determinations may be subject to a shorter time period.

Copies of all staff reports and documents subject to disclosure that relate to each item of business referred to on the agenda are available for public inspection by 5:00 p.m. the Friday before each regularly scheduled Planning Commission meeting at the Atherton Library, 2 Dinklespiel, Station Lane, and the Town Administrative Offices, 91 Ashfield Road, Atherton, CA 94027.

In compliance with SB 343, materials related to an item on this Agenda submitted to the Planning Commission after distribution of the agenda packet are available for public inspection in the Town Administrative Offices, 91 Ashfield Road, during normal business hours.

Planning Commission decisions are appealable by any aggrieved person to the City Council within 10 days of the date of the decision.
