This meeting is compliant with the Governors Executive Order N-25-20 issued on March 4, 2020 allowing for deviation of teleconference rules required by the Brown Act. The purpose of this is to provide the safest environment for staff and the public while allowing for public participation. The meeting will be held by tele or video conferencing. 3. DISCLOSURE OF EX PARTE COMMUNICATIONS
a.) Conditional Use Permit- Menlo School, 50 Valparaiso Avenue, Atherton (APN 070-360-080) - Request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow temporary use of athletic fields for outdoor recreational activities with temporary lighting at Cartan Field. Atherton Municipal Code Chapter 17.12 and 17.36.
Recommendation: Approve Resolution approving the Conditional Use Permit.
b.) Conditional Use Permit- Sacred Heart Schools, 150 Valparaiso Avenue, Atherton (APN 070-390-010) - Request for a Conditional Use Permit to allow temporary use of athletic fields for outdoor recreational activities with temporary lighting at Palatella Football Field and Dollinger Soccer Field. Atherton Municipal Code Chapter 17.12 and 17.36.

If you challenge a Town zoning, planning, or any other decision in court, you may be limited to raising only those issues you or someone else raised at the public hearing described in this agenda, or in written correspondence delivered to the City Council at, or prior to, the public hearing. Judicial review of any Town administrative decision may be had only if a petition is filed with the court not later than the 90th day following the date upon which the decision becomes final. Judicial review of environmental determinations may be subject to a shorter time period.
Planning Commission decisions are appealable by any aggrieved person to the City Council within 10 days of the date of the decision.
