While the Town does not have any "debt," the Town does have long-term liabilities that are accounted for within the Town's Financial Statements, Budgets, and Actuarial Reports. These obligations can be broken down into three categories - Capital Projects, Pension Obligations, and Other Post-Employment Benefits (OPEB).
