All northbound lanes have reopened.
At 1534 hours, Atherton Police Department and Menlo Fire responded to a vehicle vs pedestrian collision at El Camino Real and Almendral Avenue. Southbound El Camino Real lanes are closed from 5th Street until further notice. An unidentified pedestrian has been transported to Stanford Hospital with serious injuries.
