Progress on the Menlo College and Menlo School Cartan Field Improvement Project Draft Environmental Impact Report (EIR) has been delayed for several weeks as the applicant’s architect prepared an alternative site plan for the project. The Town's Planning Department has received the alternative site plan and Lamphier-Gregory is currently evaluating it from an environmental perspective. The schedule calls for public release of the Draft EIR on or about September 10, 2013.
As the Town continues review of the alternative site plan, a copy of the plan will be posted on the Town's website. Staff estimates its release via the website by the week of August 12. Once online, you can access it by visiting the Planning Department's Current Projects page via the link below. Upon release, it will be posted as "Alternative Site Plan July 8, 2013."
A notice of the public release of the Draft EIR will be mailed to all residents within 500 feet of the Cartan Field boundaries and an e-mail will be sent to all those who have expressed an interest.
