The entire length of Palmer Avenue between Middlefield Road and Fair Oaks Avenue is closed to through traffic today due to a downed tree blocking the road. The downed tree has triggered power outages to approximately 70 people in the area. Crews are working to remove the tree. PG&E expects to restore power by midnight. The Town will send updates as they are received.
