The jogger first noticed the suspicious male at the intersection of Park Lane and Camino al Lago, where he continued to follow the jogger onto Park Lane, Emilie Avenue, Britton Avenue, and Isabella Avenue. At one point, the jogger stopped to tie her shoe and noticed that the suspicious male appeared to be taking photographs of her from inside the gray Prius. The jogger began running again, met up with a friend, and lost sight of the dark gray Toyota Prius (unknown license plate).
The suspicious male was further described as an unshaven white adult male, medium build, wearing a red and blue beanie and dark sunglasses.
No words were exchanged between the jogger and the suspicious male, and the male did not exit his vehicle or attempt to make contact with the jogger.
