During the overnight hours between June 7, 2015 and June 8, 2015, three unlocked vehicles were gone through and had items removed. All of the vehicles were parked on their owner's driveways.
The first incident happened in the unit block of Larch Drive. In this incident, two unlocked vehicles were gone through. The loss was credit cards, purses and wallets.
The second incident happened in the unit block of Acacia Drive. In this incident, one unlocked vehicle was gone through. The loss was a wallet and other assorted items.
At this point, there is no suspect information.
Here are some prevention suggestions to help keep you and your vehicle from being involved in a theft:
1) Lock your doors and roll up your windows, even when the vehicle is parked on your driveway.
2) Do not keep your keys, purses, wallets, electronics, or any other valuable items inside of your vehicle when it is parked.
3) If your vehicle has an alarm system make sure to use it.
The only things that should be seen inside your vehicle are the seats and the floormats. All other items left behind are an invitation for theft.
