The Town's Public Works Crews (MCE) are currently working in and around the Atherton Channel clearing silt and debris from the channel prior to the rainy season, which begins October 1, 2013. During the first and second week of September the crew is busy along Watkins Avenue and will progress from Station Lane to Marsh Road within the coming weeks.
