[ARCHIVED] Civic Center Outreach Meetings

The Town in conjunction with the Civic Center Advisory Committee (CCAC) and the Town’s Civic Center Architects (WRNS Studios, LLP) will kick off a series of community meetings to present updated schematics of the new Civic Center Project.

Following extensive analysis and review by the CCAC, the City Council approved the Civic Center Conceptual Design in October, 2015

Right now, CCAC is working with WRNS Studios, LLP on the Schematic Design Phase, which includes fine-tuning of room sizes and relationships, systems, interior spaces, and preparation of preliminary elevation studies of the buildings’ exteriors.

The new civic center needs a lot of public input and participation along the way so we encourage you to get involved at every stage. We want your input!

Join us at this community meeting to review and provide input on the latest preliminary plans for the new civic center including police and library facilities from your architects, WRNS Studio, LLP.

Date: February 22, 2016
Location: Jennings Pavilion in Holbrook-Palmer Park
Time: 6:00pm – 8:00pm
