The Las Lomitas Education Foundation "Fun Run" is taking place on Saturday, September 17, 2016. The race begins at 8:30am at Las Lomitas School, 299 Alameda de las Pulgas in Atherton. The race course is as follows:
eastbound on Camino Al Lago from Las Lomitas School
eastbound on Park Lane from Camino Al Lago to Elena Avenue
northbound on Elena Avenue
eastbound on Elena Avenue to Isabella Avenue
eastbound on Isabella Avenue
southbound on Britton Avenue
southbound on Emilie Avenue
westbound on Park Lane to Camino Al Lago
westbound on Camino Al Lago to Las Lomitas School
the race will conclude on the property of Las Lomitas School
Please expect delays due to road closures along the race route from approximately 8:15am to 11:15am. There will be approximately 500 runners running the race, and volunteers will be at each intersection to ensure the safety of the runners and the motorists. The Atherton Police Department will also be present in the area to make sure the event runs smoothly.
If possible, please use alternate routes if your travels normally require you to be on the above streets during the time of the race.
