Below the article are a series of reader comments. When the RFP was released on February 27, the Town also added a project webpage to its website. The website contains some of the history related to the issue as well as a few links to related documents. That website can be accessed off the Town’s main webpage - on the left - or via this link

As the project moves along there may be other questions or FAQs that arise. I will monitor the article comment section and add any Q&A that is not already addressed via the project webpage. As the article mentions, proposals are due back by March 31. After review of any submittals, a recommendation will go to the Council - anticipated on April 19. The Council may, at that time, award a contract for the work, postpone award, reject all proposals and rebid, or decide not to move forward.
