Between 8:30PM and midnight on Friday, October 11, 2013, the Atherton Police responded to 2 prowler reports and a residential burglary. The first call at 8:30PM was on Fairview Av. The resident reported seeing a male subject exiting the property.
At 11:15PM, a resident on Linda Vista Av reported a prowler on their property. They observed the subject disappear behind a building. Their motion sensor lights activated, illuminating the area. They described the suspect as a white male adult wearing a black "hoodie" sweatshirt and dark pants.
While Police were at the Linda Vista Av incident, a resident in the 200 block of Atherton Av reported that they had returned home to find a window smashed. The initial investigation revealed a liquor bottle appeared to have been taken by the suspect. The burglary could have happened between 9:30PM and midnight.
Police searched the area of the prowler incidents and burglary but did not discover a suspect.
