The Town of Atherton has contracted G. Bortolotto and Company for the 2018 Overlay Project. The contractor’s purpose is to grind and overlay on the following streets:
- Edge Road (from Oak Grove Ave. to Ringwood Ave.)
- Hawthorne Drive (from James Ave. to Linden Ave.)
- Walnut Ave. (from El Camino Real to Station Lane)
- Adam Way (from Austin Ave. to Nora Way)
2018 Overlay Project Work Schedule
During these dates/times, you may experience some delays and roadway closures. Please use alternate routes if possible. Please remember to make arrangements with your estate staff (gardener, pool company, housekeeper) regarding any special access requirements. Garbage service for that day will not be affected, but may be picked up earlier than normal (so get your cans out early).
If you live on one of the affected streets and will need your vehicles on the day planned for the Overlay and do not plan to leave until after 8 AM, you will need to make arrangements to park your vehicles outside of the project area prior to 8 AM.
