[ARCHIVED] Watkins Avenue Rail Crossing Closure – 8pm Saturday, November 3rd

Rail Crossing Closure

As part of the Peninsula Corridor Electrification Project, Caltrain and its Contractor, Balfour Beatty, will be installing foundations in the vicinity of the Watkins Avenue rail crossing. Construction crews will utilize on-track foundation trains that will require the crossing closure to comply with safety regulations. The Watkins Avenue Rail Crossing will be closed beginning at 8 pm Saturday November 3, 2018, and will be reopened by 6 am Sunday, November 4, 2018.  Please use alternate routes. Detour signage will be posted directing traffic to Fair Oaks Avenue during the closure.
