[ARCHIVED] Road construction: 2020 Overlay Project - Road Work Scheduled to begin July 20th

The Town of Atherton has contracted O’Grady Paving for the 2020 Overlay Project.  The contractor’s purpose is to grind and overlay on Polhemus Avenue (from Selby Lane to Alameda de Las Pulgas).

During this project, you may experience some delays and roadway closures, so please use alternate routes if possible.  Please remember to make arrangements with your estate staff (gardener, pool company, housekeeper) regarding any special access requirements. Garbage service for that day will not be affected, but may be picked up earlier than normal (so get your cans out early). This project will be starting July 20, 2020 and is tentatively scheduled to last 15 working days.

If you live on the streets and will need your vehicles on the day planned for the Overlay and do not plan to leave until after 8 AM, you will need to make arrangements to park your vehicles outside of the project area prior to 8 AM. Residents impacted by the project have received our notice July 14, 2020.
