[ARCHIVED] Drifting Smoke Notice

The Atherton Police Department Dispatch center has received numerous calls concerning the amount of smoke in the air.  There is smoke drifting into our area due to regional fires.  As a result of these fires, there will be smoke in the area over the next 24-72 hours.  

There are currently no fires in or near Atherton that are a threat to the Town, so no evacuation is required.
