On Thursday, February 6, 2014 at 6PM, the Town of Atherton will hold a public meeting regarding the Atherton Drainage Study & Master plan. The Town’s drainage consultant, NV5, will conduct a presentation on corrected, existing and new drainage problems. This meeting will allow Atherton residents an opportunity to voice any drainage concerns they may have which has not been noted or provide additional facts on chronic drainage problems to our consultant. Drainage issues include conditions where properties are impacted by actual flooding, standing water for more than 48 hours following a rain event, roadway safety issues, stormwater overtopping a drainage embankment or other issues of similar concern.

If you are unable to attend the public meeting and have a concern regarding a specific drainage issue, you still have the opportunity to provide staff with your concern. Please email David Huynh, PE, Associate Engineer by Friday, February 7, 2014 at 5pm. Please provide the following information:
